Distances use the Old San Juan piers (Piers 1–4) on Calle La Marina. Homeport calls that use the Pan American Pier across the bay add taxi time in both directions — recheck the math for your ship.

Use the signed taxi or rideshare pickup and show the driver the Avenida De Diego address. Afternoon traffic can lengthen the ride.
Pan American Piers East and West on Isla Grande
taxi: Allow 15–30 minutes to Madejas
Take a taxi or rideshare from the terminal pickup zone. Keep the Pan American terminal address for the return.
Old San Juan is across the bay from this terminal, so plan a taxi between the two districts.
Check your ship's app or boarding documents for Old San Juan or Pan American. If the terminal remains unclear, ask the ship before going ashore and save the terminal address in your phone for the return.
