Shore-day plan
Walk (or tram) from the market square to Snurre on Yrjönkatu for natural yarns and Finnish wool. On a long call, add the metro run to Armi Yarns in Herttoniemi for hand-dyed and local skeins.
Distances use South Harbour by the Market Square. Cruise ships also berth at Katajanokka, West Harbour, and Hernesaari — the walking math is berth-specific, so check yours first.
